We knew from the very beginning that community involvement would be a priority for OFAC. And we’re proud to say we continue to deliver on this promise. Nearly everyone on our staff is involved in a local organization, university or charity. It’s our way of saying thanks and giving back to those who support us.
Our physicians have participated in humanitarian outreach programs as far away as Vietnam and Afghanistan. Because challenging foot and ankle conditions know no borders.
Closer to home, we’ve provided services to Habitat for Humanity and are active in Adopt-a-Family programs at Christmas. We also donate generously to the Westerville Area Resource Ministry (W.A.R.M.), programs to assist local families in need, and several other non-profit organizations.
Sports at every level bring so much to a community. We’ve provided physician consulting to teams ranging from the Dublin Coffman Football program to Columbus’ own NHL franchise, the Columbus Blue Jackets. We’re also pleased to consult with the remarkably athletic dancers of BalletMet Columbus.
We’re a supporter of First on First, a 5K race that encourages physical fitness, as well as walks and races to fund research for arthritis, diabetes, and overall health.
