Dr. Hyer Serves as Visiting Professor at the University of Florida

October 19, 2017

There’s an old medical adage we like at OFAC: Patients want their health care from people who write the books, not just those who read them.

This week, Dr. Christopher Hyer is serving as a Visiting Professor for the Department of Orthopedics at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He has given numerous
lectures, including the Evolution in Total Ankle Replacement, Grand Rounds and Practice Efficiency. “I’m honored to work with the residents and fellows here at the
University of Florida,” said Hyer. “These physicians represent the future in foot and ankle surgeons.”

Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center is dedicated to educating rising physicians in the specialty of foot and ankle surgery. Through clinical and research excellence,
our fellowship program remains the most well regarded training programs of its kind and is at the forefront of the foot and ankle subspecialty.
