ORTHOALLIANCE EXPANDS AGAIN BY PARTNERING WITH TWO COLUMBUS FOOT AND ANKLE GROUPS, ADDING 10 PHYSICIANS & FIVE LOCATIONS IN CENTRAL OHIO

CINCINNATI – OrthoAlliance (OA), a national leader in managing orthopaedic practices, is continuing its aggressive growth with the announcement of a new partnership with Columbus, Ohio based Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center (OFA) and Clintonville Foot & Ankle Group (CFA) that will add 10 physicians and five locations to OA’s expanding network.

The partnership will enhance OFA and CFA’s success and comprehensive approach to delivering high quality orthopedic foot and ankle care to more patients throughout the Columbus area and Central Ohio. In the coming months OFA and CFA will merge and operate under the OFA name and brand.

"Since 1998, our practice has delivered personalized and advanced foot and ankle care. We were the region’s first practice dedicated to specialized foot and ankle care. This partnership will allow us to grow and accelerate on our promise to deliver outstanding clinical care, research and education and service to the community,” said OFA President Dr. Gregory C. Berlet.

With this partnership, and OrthoAIIiance's proven track record as the largest alliance of orthopedic practices in Ohio, we will be able to expand while creating new career and development opportunities for our team members,” Dr. Berlet added.

Based in Cincinnati, OA formed in partnership with leading Midwest physician practices and Revelstoke Capital Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm. The company is building one of the country’s leading orthopedic management organizations, providing operations, marketing, and patient experience expertise and resources to partner practices working at the forefront of life-changing advances in orthopedics and sports medicine.

In just the last few years, OA has grown quickly to over 100 physicians and 1,400 employees.
