About Dr. Christopher F. Hyer

Dr. Hyer is a nationally known foot and ankle expert and he’s right here in Central Ohio. He has authored over 150 scholarly articles in leading foot and ankle journals as well as several textbook chapters and even two complete textbooks on total ankle joint replacement. In addition to training fellows each year in foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Hyer actively educates surgeons from around the world throughout the year. In fact, Dr. Hyer is THE foot and ankle surgeon to other surgeons and their families.

Dr. Hyer and his team pioneer new techniques and research, working to solve some of medicine’s toughest challenges, including cartilage and stem cell research, minimally invasive surgery techniques, and ankle joint replacement and revision ankle joint replacement surgeries.
